Focus on Stamping

Welcome to the Close To My Heart

Focus on Stamping

Blog Hop

If you have come here from Jennifer's blog, you are on the right path.
To continue with the hop, just look for the link at the end of my blog
and each blog along the hop.  If you get lost along the way,
you can find a complete list here.

For this hop, I used monochromatic stamp layering and random stamping.
The inspiration for this technique came from a Jennifer McGuire Ink technique
video on youtube.  If you would like the link, just message me
in the comment section below.

For each card, I random stamped matching the ink with the card stock to create
the background. I then used White Daisy ink as another layer
and to fill in some spots with smaller stamps.
Finally, I used a white gel pen to pop some of the details.
For those of you who come to my technique workshops,
we will be using this technique at my February workshop.

On the next two close ups you get a better look at the stamping
that was done with the White Daisy ink.
As mentioned before, the bright white detailing was done
using a white gel pen.

All supplies used are from Close To My Heart with the exception of the white gel pen.
All of these supplies are available on my website here, or from your Close To My Heart consultant.

Now hop on to see what Michelle Battitori has created for us.
