May Stamp of the Month - Live, Laugh, Love

This month's stamp of the month is appropriately sized for scrapbook pages, but each word, as well as the flowers work well for card making.

If you have never participated in a blog hop before, it is just one big loop of fun ideas as you visit each blog along the way.  If you are coming from Priscilla's blog you are on the right path. If you are starting here, just look for the link at the end of my post and successive posts to see where to go next.

I used this stamp set to create the opening page for a wedding scrapbook for my nephew and his future wife.  They are planning a rustic wedding, so the Rustic Home papers paired with the colors for the bridesmaid's dresses worked out well.  Her colors are Lagoon, Smoothie, and Champagne.  She prefers that the Colonial White papers be used in her scrapbook.  At her wedding shower later this month, friends and relatives will be assembling other pages for her wedding scrapbook that I am busily planning and pre-cutting for the shower.

The flowers on the letters and the small stamped flowers are colored in with ShinHan markers and covered with clear Shimmer from our shimmer brush. Bitty sparkles were also used to embellish the words and flowers.

CTMH supplies used
Cardstock: Colonial White, Smoothie, Lagoon, Champagne, Glacier
Paper Pack: Rustic Home
Ink: Momento Ink
ShinHan Touch Twin Markers: Turquoise Blue, Light Orange, Barely Beige
Embellishments: Lace ribbon from the Rustic Home ribbons, Bitty Sparkles
Tools: Shimmer Brush- clear

The stamp of the month set, Live, Laugh, Love is only available until May 31st from your Close To My Heart consultant, or here on my website for $17.95, or only $5 with a qualifying order of $50.

Thanks for visiting today.  Now, join me as we hop on to see more ideas for this fun stamp set as we go to visit   Marie's blog and other consultants who have joined in on this blog hop.  If for some reason, you get lost along the way, you can find the entire list of participating consultants on Melinda's blog to get back on track.

    1. Thanks, Judy. Didn't plan to frame when I started, but as I created it just came together that way.
