February SOTM Blog hop

February Stamp of the Month

Welcome!  A blog hop is just one big loop of fun and creative ideas. Glad you could join us today.  If you are coming from Becca's blog  you're on the right path. If you are starting here, just look for the link to Brandi's blog at the end of my post.  Each blog you visit will feature a link to continue following the hop.   If you get disconnected somewhere along the way, you can find a complete list of blog hop participants here.

This month's stamp set is a wonderful alphabet set, Heartfelt Sentiments, featuring 9 great stamps.  It's available only through the month of February.  After seeing all the great ideas in this blog hop, you're going to want to add this to your stamp collection.   You can purchase this set for $18.95, or get it for only $5 with a qualifying order of $50 (US) through your Close To My Heart consultant
or find it here.

For my project, I paired this stamp set with the So Much Happy Paper Pack

to create some scrapbook layouts.

Here's a closer look at the stamping on this layout.
The house image is from the Flower Market Cricut Collection.
I stamped the floral images with Intense Black Ink and colored
them in with ShinHan Markers.

My initial inspiration for this layout came from work by Trina Wirihana.
The flower embellishments on this layout are

  5. Yay for some scrapbook layouts. I like the cards but I'm a scrapbooker at heart. Love both your layouts but the way you have used the stamp on the Sapphire one is quite stunning.
