January SOTM Blog Hop - Every Thank You

Every Thank You has so many choices for any style of thank you card you might wish to make.  



All the cards I've created have been designed using Distress Oxide ink techniques.  I enjoy creating unique backgrounds for my cards and the Distress Oxide inks are a lot of fun to experiment with.  Most of the sentiments using this stamp set were stamped using the Intense Black Ink,

Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on black cardstock using 
blending tool over a stencil 

Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on kraft paper using 
blending tool over a stencil 

Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on black cardstock using 
blending tool over a stencil 

Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on white cardstock using 
blending tool over a stencil 
                

 
Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on white cardstock using 
blending tool over a stencil 
                   

Technique: Apply 3 Distress oxide inks on white cardstock using 
blending tool over stencil multiple times -
moving the stencil each time.


Technique: Smooshing Distress oxide inks on white cardstock 
Smooshing: Rub inks on all purpose mat, spray water on the ink,
put cardstock down on the inked surface and twist and pull through the ink.


Technique: Smooshing Distress oxide inks on white cardstock 
Smooshing: Rub inks on all purpose mat, spray water on the ink,
put cardstock down on the inked surface and twist and pull through the ink.


Technique: Ink blending using Distress oxide inks with a blending tool on white cardstock and then flicking water on the ink 


Technique: Painting with Distress oxide inks on watercolor paper.
Wet paper, rub ink on an all purpose mat, pick up and apply ink 
with a water brush, blending colors as you go.
